Information & Amenities

Longwood Guest Suites is comprised of a historically restored, red-brick and slate-roof suite complex offers apartment-style accommodations above an assisted living facility. Because of its location in the heart of the Longwood Medical area, patients and family members alike often choose these quiet suites while in the area. However, vacationers, day trippers, and businesspeople are also welcome to stay at Longwood.

Complimentary taxi trips to and from local hospitals can be arranged by the staff if guests show proof of association with the Dana-Farber Cancer Institute, Boston Children's Hospital, Brigham and Women's Hospital, the Joslin Diabetes Center, or the Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center. Cab fare to and from these locations can be reimbursed for up to $10/day. This property is also an official stop for the Link, a local shuttle service that takes riders from the front door to Brigham Circle for food and shopping.

Housekeeping services are provided between 10 AM and 2 PM each day. Bed linens will be changed after three days of stay. If guests need additional towels, soap, or the like, they should contact the concierge desk.

Longwood Guest Suites has 29 suites. All are decorated with traditional and neutral colors, and eclectic hardwood furniture. Some suites come with tables and chairs. Rollaway beds are available on a first-come basis.

• Go northeast on Lower Terminal Rd.
• Stay straight to go onto Airport Exit.
• Merge toward I-93 N/Storrow Dr (portions are toll) and continue for approximately one-and-a-half miles.
• Take the ramp toward RT-3 N/Storrow Dr.
• Merge onto MA-28 S and continue for approximately two miles.
• Turn left onto Clarendon St/MA-28 S and continue for approximately two miles.
• Turn right onto St. James Ave/MA-9 W.
• Continue to follow MA-9 W for approximately two miles.
• Turn left onto Parker Hill Ave and proceed to 63 Park Hill Ave.

Extra person charges may apply and vary depending on hotel policy.
Rollaway beds and cribs (infant beds) may be available and should be requested at the time of booking; fees may apply.

Smoking and alcoholic beverages are prohibited in the guest suites and all common areas of the building.
Parking is extremely limited and the few spaces the property has are available on a first-come basis only. Those who do wish to park at the property must request a parking tag at the front desk. The cost is $16 per night. Vehicles without tags will be towed.
There are no laundry facilities on site, but the housekeeping department will do guests' laundry for $15 per load (Monday through Friday only).
