Cornell Inn consists of three separate homes. The Victorian-style Main House, built in 1888, offers a front porch with white wicker furniture, common sitting rooms, and a double-sided fireplace in the living room. A deck overlooks the koi pond and waterfall. The circa 1889 Carriage House is decorated in a primitive country style. Just beyond the gardens and waterfalls, the Colonial-style MacDonald House features original hand-hewn corner beams, wide-plank floors, and fireplaces from when it was built in 1777.
The property is adjacent to Kennedy Park, a town park with miles of trails for hiking, biking, and skiing. Tanglewood, the summer home of the Boston Symphony Orchestra, ballets, and classical and jazz concerts, is less than two miles away. The Berkshire Scenic Railway Museum and Edith Wharton Estate & Gardens are two miles from the inn.
A complimentary breakfast is served daily. A laptop computer with complimentary wireless Internet access is available for guest’s use in the pub.

This inn comprises three separate homes. All accommodations feature private bathrooms, cable TV, and telephones with digital voice mail. The three-story Victorian-style Main House offers 10 uniquely decorated guestrooms. The two-story Carriage House features two loft-style suites with full kitchens and sitting areas, and six guestrooms decorated with Americana, painted cupboards, vintage toys and other bits of traditional New England charm. The two-story MacDonald House offers 10 guestrooms. Nine of the rooms feature corner fireplaces and decks. Some rooms have compact refrigerators, decks or patios, jetted tubs, and complimentary wireless Internet access.
